Job Description

1. Partner with factory management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the manufacturing business.
2. Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution, specifically tailored to manufacturing operations.
3. Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the CDMO facilities in Taiwan on HR issues, particularly focused on safety and compliance practices.
4. Educate, coach, and partner with managers in the manufacturing sector on performance management and employee development goals that align with production targets.
5. Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development, focusing on the dynamics of a factory environment..
6. Participate in the continual development of HR programs specific to manufacturing, such as recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development initiatives.
7. Collaborate with the corporate HR team and factory leadership to promote and champion the culture.
8. Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction within the manufacturing context..
9. Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports relevant to manufacturing roles to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions to the leadership.

The Successful Applicant

Basic:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR Business Partner role.
2. Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing industry, with a preference for expertise in the pharmaceutical sector.
3. A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including familiarity with organization development, change management, employee relations, labor laws, and regulations.
4. Good in English, including speaking, listening, reading and writing

Preferred:
1. Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues.
2. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.
4. High integrity to safeguard compliance standards and company values
5. Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
6. Provide and demonstrate change management leadership.
7. Coach and influence to achieve business results.
