Job Description

  • Secretarial Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Taiwan Market Heads, including appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee general administrative services such as procurement, facility management, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Compliance and Procedures: Develop and implement internal administration procedures that align with business needs while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate office rules, requirements, and events to relevant team members through verbal and written channels.
  • Routine Management: Manage office routines, including hygiene and maintenance, access control, and renewal of business registrations.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure the delivery of services and materials meets expectations.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the overall operations of the local team.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess a recognised university degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with at least six years of relevant experience in business administration and facility management. They will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and local languages, with strong computer skills to enhance business processes.
