This role is responsible for developing and managing key customer relationships while driving new business growth for advanced thermal management solutions. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to commercialize new opportunities, support ongoing programs, and expand strategic partnerships with major electronics manufacturers.

Job Description

Business Development & Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities aligned with the company's product portfolio and global market strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and management levels within target accounts.
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contract negotiation, and program launch coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal business development and marketing teams to drive successful commercialization of new solutions.



Account Management & Program Execution

  • Manage day-to-day account activities including program tracking, order fulfillment, and coordination between customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure effective management of inventory, receivables, and operational issues across assigned accounts.
  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting while coordinating with engineering teams for complex technical requirements.



Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging customer requirements.
  • Gather insights on pricing trends, new product introductions, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Share market intelligence internally to strengthen competitive positioning and commercial strategy.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in sales or account management within engineering-driven manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to customized thermal management solutions such as air-cooling modules, heat sinks, or liquid cooling technologies is highly advantageous.
  • Background working with global electronics manufacturers, ODMs, or EMS partners in Asia.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex customer relationships and negotiate business agreements.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
