My client is NASDAQ listed semiconductor products and solutions manufacturer that creates technologies to solve problems in various industries.

Job Description

- Creating and executing a sales strategy that addresses customer problems, breaks through competition, and leverages the company's unique capabilities within their designated territory.

- Managing relationships with customers at all levels, from technical to executive, and developing strong business partnerships by gaining insight into the customer's business and leveraging the company's strengths.

- Involves technical engagement in the customer's product development cycle, coordinating and directing company resources to maximize ROI, and managing all aspects of business and opportunity management.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, along with 5-7 years of related experience in technical sales roles. With preference for analog and power semiconductor expertise.- Demonstrated success in previous technical sales, product marketing, or field applications roles is also required, along with strong collaboration, leadership, and project management skills.

- Direct sales experience and collaboration with channel partners is preferred, and the candidate must be self-motivated with strong communication skills.

- Experience selling into Data Center accounts is desired, and the ability to discuss system level architectural trade-offs and circuit level component decisions is essential. Collaboration with a territory Field Applications Engineer is expected, and success in team environments is a must.

- Possess high-level business acumen as they will frequently engage with customer and company executives.

- Ultimately runs the business in their territory and must be able to achieve sales targets, develop new business, and negotiate effectively.
