Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal business development and marketing teams to commercialize new opportunities.
  • Identify and penetrate new customers aligned with the company's product portfolio and global capabilities.
  • Build and leverage multi-level stakeholder relationships to drive new business development.
  • Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with internal teams to support business growth.
  • Ensure seamless management of existing accounts, including inventory, excess stock, and accounts receivable.
  • Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and service support to customers.
  • Continuously develop technical and product knowledge through training and internal collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in account or program management, ideally in thermal solutions (air-cooling or liquid cooling).
  • Background in working with global accounts or major EMS/ODM players in Taiwan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Skilled in customer relationship management, account planning, demand forecasting, and PO fulfillment.
