Job Description

  • 制定並執行與公司整體業務目標一致的全球製造策略。
  • 確定並實施創新的製造技術和流程，以優化效率、品質和成本。
  • 監督生產計劃、排程、採購、品質控制和物流。
  • 管理並發展由製造專業人員組成的高績效團隊，遍佈多個地點。
  • 建立與包括客戶、供應商和內部團隊的良好信任關係。
  • 制定和管理製造預算和財務計劃。
  • 推動降低成本的舉措，提高製造獲利能力。
  • 監控和報告與製造營運相關的關鍵績效指標（KPI）。
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive global manufacturing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Identify and implement innovative manufacturing technologies and processes to optimise efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and logistics.
    • Manage and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals across multiple locations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Develop and manage manufacturing budgets and financial plans.
    • Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve manufacturing profitability.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing operations.

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of success in a senior manufacturing leadership role within a high-tech industry.
    • Extensive experience managing multiple factories in different countries.
    • Demonstrated expertise in factory automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain management, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Sufficient communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English.
