Job Description



  • 設計與開發機器人關節與感測系統，提升整體運動與感知精度。


  • 進行機器人機構系統建模，並模擬系統運作。


  • 開發關鍵機構零部件，支援新產品設計及FATP產線技術需求。


  • 執行主管交辦的其他專案任務。



The Successful Applicant



  • 具備機器人關鍵馬達與多類型感測器的性能理解與選型經驗，涵蓋步進、無刷及空心杯馬達，以及激光、超聲波、觸覺與深度相機等感測技術。


  • 熟練操作UG、Creo等設計軟體，能有效繪製3D模型及2D技術圖紙，支持高精度機構設計。


  • 具備對五金和塑件材料特性及成型工藝的深入理解，擅長DFM評估，並能協調機構供應商確保生產符合設計需求。


  • 精通NPI產線相關流程，熟悉PD FA、PD ME和DOE作業，並具備即時處理產線突發狀況的能力。
