Job Description



  • Aligns departmental goals with overall finance strategy and ensures compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.


  • Represents the finance function in leadership discussions and prepares departmental operational manuals and financial reports.


  • Oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, including monthly closings, P&L statements, and CAPEX planning.


  • Manages cash flow, banking relationships, and tax matters with external advisors to ensure optimal financial performance.


  • Leads internal controls, inventory audits, and risk management procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.


  • Supervises credit control, purchasing, payroll, insurance, and licensing matters across all financial and operational functions.


  • Ensures effective use of financial systems and technology, maintaining up-to-date software licensing and system security.


  • Oversees recruitment, training, and performance management of Finance and IT teams, fostering a high-performance culture.


  • Drives cost efficiency, process optimization, and productivity improvements in alignment with strategic business goals.


  • Handles internal and external stakeholder communication with professionalism and maintains strong industry relationships.


  • Responds proactively to changes in finance functions and supports continuous improvement across the department.

The Successful Applicant



  • 15+ years of finance and accounting experience in multinational, service-oriented organizations


  • Strong leadership in full-scope finance operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal control


  • Proven ability to partner with executive teams on business strategy and performance management


  • Skilled in cash flow and treasury management, with regional banking exposure


  • Experienced in ERP implementation and process optimization


  • Calm, structured, and resilient-thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments


  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
