Job Description

  • 推動飯店和禮贈品關鍵客戶銷售，擴展飯店、民宿、經銷、禮贈品之B to B市場，管理業績進展和努力實踐業績目標
  • 擬定團隊銷售策略和業績目標，建立薪水制度和制度規範
  • 帶領銷售並教育業務人員銷售技巧，協助同仁解決客戶問題
  • 負責規劃大客戶（keyaccount）合作策略制定長期銷售策略、挖掘商機增加合作機會
  • 維繫客戶高層主管長期合作夥伴關係
  • 規劃部門預算，並控管支出
  • 協助主管交辦事項

The Successful Applicant

  • 3年以上主管經驗，具備領導力和搭建團隊經驗
  • 市場分析和規劃策略實務 3. 危機處理及良好談判能力
  • 具備生活美妝產業，飯店和禮贈品通路銷售經驗佳
