Job Description

  • Conduct financial analysis (P&L, variance analysis, KPI tracking) and provide insights to support leadership decisions
  • Lead OPEX/CAPEX cost analysis, including budget control, efficiency assessment, and investment evaluation
  • Manage monthly closing, including review of accruals, key entries, and preparation of management reports
  • Collaborate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) on AR/AP, GL, fixed assets, and data accuracy
  • Support budgeting and rolling forecast preparation and alignment with business stakeholders
  • Maintain financial data integrity and reporting accuracy using SAP and analytical tools
  • Drive ad‑hoc projects, including process improvement, cost optimization, investment analysis, and reporting enhancement
  • Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver financial insights and support decision-making



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years in Finance/FP&A/Business Partnering with proven independence and maturity
  • Strong accounting foundation; Big 4 background is a plus
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written) for regional/global collaboration
  • Hands‑on SAP system and analytical tools (Excel/Power BI); ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Highly logical, structured, and solution‑oriented; able to drive closing cadence and projects
  • Comfortable with multi‑location work/ business travel (Taipei or overseas)
