- Establish job descriptions, candidate screening, offer management and handle contract and offer letter *Conduct and arrange interviews for Line Managers
- Support the design of the payroll system through collection, analysis and interpretation of market data. *Work closely with Line Managers for salary review process and salary budget distribution
- Determine and identify the training needs analysis in organizational, individual and task level
- Facilitate and coordinate training and development programs include sourcing the right training professions and training material translation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program, track progress, and ensure certain levels of improvements are met
- Support and coach managers in employment relations issues.
- Provide recommended suggestions to resolve any employee relations issues
- Ensure the local and company employment policy is complied and updated.
