About Our Client
Our client is a European multinational pharmaceutical company focusing on various therapeutic areas. They are looking for a high performing Sales Manager to lead their oncology team.
- To build and maintain a high performance salesorganization to effectively achieve business objectives. Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead direct sales achievement of corporate sales objectives.
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
- Provide sales management, budget control, and incentive planning
The Successful Applicant
- More than 3 years of Sales management experience in pharmaceutical company.
- In-depth Oncology market insight is preferred.
- Experience with leadership role is a must.
