About Our Client
Our client is a leading international product supplier for both industrial and medical uses. They have more than 50,000 employees with global presence in 80 countries. There are 450 employees islandwide with office location in Taipei, Hsinchu, Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan and Kaoshiung to provide time-to-market service to all customers at different geographical areas. They are now looking for a strong leadership potential Sales Manager to join their Taipei office and to lead their medical sales team.
- This position reports to Healthcare Business Division Director and is responsible for both sales development and target.
- This position leads the sales team in achieving sales target, implementing pricing actions, gaining new prospects, well maintaining existing customers and understanding competitors.
- Ensure activities are according to company policy & target
- Safety implementation and monitoring among his/her scope
- Team coaching on sales skills, time management skills and communication skills
- Business strategy development and implementation through dedicated action plans
- Business profitability and cash collection for medical liquid products, medical cylinders and E&I business and other special gases
- Contract management, customer satisfaction, market study and monitoring for new opportunities and risks
The Successful Applicant
- BA in Business related degree
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Excellent communication & people management skill
- Minimum 5 years Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Had experience in leading sales team
