About Our Client
Our client has 18 production sites in 106 countries with over 30 country sales offices and a workforce of 2,500+ staffs. Their business is the world leader in refractories by providing the most comprehensive range of products for the iron, steel, foundry, cement, thermal industries and petrochemical markets. The business has expanded globally at a rapid pace over the past several years.
For this position, client is looking for a National Sales Director, Taiwan to drive an ambitious and dynamic sales growth plan.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of sales responsibility in B2B sales environment
- Strong background in sales background in manufacturing and project environment
- Value selling, proven negotiation and persuasiveness skills required
- Customer and market orientated, result oriented and professional
- Steal making or refractory background is preferred
