About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest enterprise group in the media industry that specializes in media, creative communications and digital services, with branches or subsidiaries in world wide.
- Design, optimize, communicate and implement new reward systems or policy that is most suitable for the fast-paced and ever-changing media industry.
- As a strategic partner, provide senior management team insights on successful organizational development through talent development, lead the ongoing, systematic process of implementing effective organizational change.
The Successful Applicant
- Over 5 years of working experience in C&B and reward management with sufficient understanding or hands-on experience in Organizational development/ Talent development strategy planning.
- Working experience from human resource consultancy will be highly valued.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- C&B consultancy experience is preferred.
- Great logical thinking ability, influential and persuasive when conveying one's strategic idea.
- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, flexible, adaptable, and can independently sort out problem scope and action plans, always strives for a better solution.
