About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious fashion company specializing in design, manufacture and distribution of luxury ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Design and implement successful talent acquisition and retention strategy to attract workers of high quality and at the same time increase average seniority.
- Report to and cooperate with stakeholders, senior management team and regional heads. Support the process of planning out organizational future by providing insights and solutions regarding human resource policies.
- In charge of the strategy planning and optimization of all HR functions, support daily affairs when needed.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 8 years of solid hands-on experience in HR function with profound knowledge in talent acquisition and retention, preferably from retail or FMCG industry.
- Fast learner with great adaptability, comfortable with ambiguous situation.
- Articulate and has excellent presentation skills, deliver effective communication with people of all professional levels.
- Independent and mature, can deliver impressive problem-solving structure and action plan.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking methodology.
- Good command of both verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin.
