About Our Client
Our client is a multinational software company which currently has operation in China, Singapore and South Asia.
This HR Director must be an experienced professional with APAC experience and deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. Need to ensure all HR needs of the company are aligned with all business objectives.
- Set up Taipei office
- Develop plans for a variety of HR matters
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Report to shareholder and senior management team
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proven experience as HR Director or Senior HR Manager in relevant industry
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Excellent knowledge of Taiwan employment regulations
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
