About Our Client
Our client is the global leading mobile advertising network and we're looking for a strong, experienced leader to build and manage a team of Business Development Professionals to sell and deliver our client's high quality traffic to online advertisers (Android / iOS app developers like gaming, utility, e-commerce, etc. as well as agencies, mostly CPI basis).
The Head of Sales will lead a highly talented team who serve the advertisers and partners on a daily basis. He/She will assume general management responsibilities while serving as a cross functional liaison; working with publishing teams, project managers, products, marketing and finance to drive our client's growth and presence in EMEA, especially in Taiwan.
In this start-up environment, the Head of Sales will provide guidance and direction in multiple functional areas. He/She should be comfortable with change and passionate about general management and process improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of business, ideally familiar with internet or new media business mode
- Excellent interpersonal skills that can work efficiently with peers and clients
- Leads and direct the work of team members
- Strong ability on team management
- Experience working remotely as part of a larger international team is a plus
