About Our Client
Global company focus on life sciences and clinical diagnostics industry
Lead the field service team to provide customer satisfaction through technical service, installation, operation training and repair of specialized equipment in Taiwan.
- Track and promote spare parts at customer side
- Lead the field service team to undertakes product installation on client premises.
- Provides training and technical advice on instrument use, both in person and by telephone.
- Investigates difficulties and solves faults arising from operation or utilization, either at the client premises or by telephone.
- Provides an important link between customers and Sales & Marketing team
- Monitors repairs in terms of the organization's service / warranty cover and make suggestions as to product improvements.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 7 years field service experiences in life science industry
- People management experiences, good at communication skills
- Fluent in English
