- Able to implement and optimize new and existing working practices in North Asia Region of APAC
- Strong track record of driving results in a dynamic, high growth environment
- Manage results and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment, relying on strong collaboration, communication skills and experience in driving and managing change.
- Excellent English and Chinese communication ability
