A global leading consumer electronics company with strong branding cross the world. Their channels range from retailers, distributors, TV channel, E-commerce, and business partnership. With only brand/innovative products, they keep their leading position in the world and looking forward to growing their business in Taiwan.
- Customer service head leading a CS manager and Technical Support manager in charge of all customer service management (RMA, customer service, warranty), repairing system and in-house call center.
- Order management and Customer Complaint management
- Their channels range from retailers, distributors, TV channel, E-commerce, and business partnership.
- KPI and Operation management set-up.
- Cross functions teamwork.
The Successful Applicant
Over 15 years in Customer Service Management cross all functions (RMA, customer service, and warranty)
Technical background and experience in engineer is a plus.
Experience in Consumer Electronics is a plus.
English skill is fluent.
People management experience is a must, leading a team at least over 10 people.
