About Our Client
Our client is the prestigious brand of B2C consumer durables machine and beverage, with retail shops.
To lead, in conjunction with the Commercial & Marketing, the design and delivery of an integrated, customer centric CRM strategy that drives loyalty & consumption. This may include (but is not limited to) customer retention activities, customer profiling and life stages, understanding customer behaviour, database management , measurement and ROI of CRM activities.
The Successful Applicant
Education: * University degree qualified, preferably in Marketing and/or Business Experience: * A proven and successful background developing CRM campaigns across a large database of customers * Experience in CRM position for 5-7 years * Knowledge and experience of at least one statistical/data mining tool e.g. SPSS, SAS, Sphynx, Clementine, SPAD, SPlus, Enterprise Miner * Advanced knowledge of MS office
