About Our Client
Our client is a listed company, owning subsidiaries and investments that engage in various business areas, including - construction, building, Real Estate Development, Green project.
-Report to HR Head, leading a team size of 3 HR specialists
-C&B tasks including but not limited among salary survey, merit increases, bonus design, budgeting, job banding, global mobility, as well as key project leader.
-Monitor and consult C&B guidance, internal/external pay equity and expatriate management
-Compiling with legal and governance requirement
-Develop C&B policy to align with company objectives and future development.
-C&B task for all ad-hoc assignments by HR Head.
The Successful Applicant
1.Minimum 8 years of solid C&B experience from sizable organization or renowned MNC
2.At least 4 years experience in management
3.Previous experience in Construction industry is a plus.
4.High EQ with great problem solving skill
5.Independent and pro-active personality with positive thinking
6.Be able to perform under pressure and challenging deadlines.
