Leading global semi-conductor company
- Provide support on incidents that hamper end-users to work with the system(s) or execute the processes by solving the deviation in expected behavior or putting a work-around in place. Ensuring a continuous service of eMessaging and SAP.
- Provide support and ad hoc activities that enable end users to execute their function.
- Train the user community to operate and optimize the use of the processes, procedures and supporting systems.
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- PROJECT SUPPORT & EXECUTION
- Establish and maintain a solid network between different organization units that S&P has a relation with. The S&P business consultant acts as a liaison between second line support and the end user community.
- Provide e-Messaging statistical analysis to the S&P manager or the Competence Centre on a regular basis.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in the areas of EDI
* SAP is preferred
* working in international/virtual teams
* system implementation projects
* project management is preferred
